​How do I place an order?

 

Once you have picked the items you would like to purchase, please click buy now to continue to your checkout. At this point you will put in your delivery address, confirm your order and pay for the order via Pay Pal.

​

 

How long does standard delivery take?

​

Standard delivery to Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland can take 3 to 7 working days.

Standard delivery to the UK, Mainland Europe, United States and the Rest of the World can take 5 to 14 working days.

​

 

Payment and Shipping

 

If your item is in stock it will be dispatched to you within 3-7 working days.


You will receive an email from us within 24 hours of your order to let you know your delivery date. 

Normally we keep all the items featured on our site in stock. If however the garment has to be specially made or customised in any way we would ask that you please allow up to 7-10 working days for your order to be sent out to you. We will notify you as your order progresses with any update on delivery time.
 

Delivery fees for Ireland and Northern Ireland customers

  • Orders over €60 - FREE

  • Orders under €60 - €6.00

 

All other countries: Costs will be based on the delivery location and will be made known at the checkout stage of the order process.

Returns & Refunds

If your item is faulty, or your order is incorrect, please contact us immediately at queries@introsports.ie where we can provide you with the correct next steps.

We understand that occasionally the items you order from us might not be 100% what you were looking for and you may want to return these. Please follow the steps below to ensure you return is received and processed swiftly.

Cancellation Policy:

​

You have the right to change your mind, cancel your order, and get your money back, as long as you do so, within 14 days of your purchase. And the product has not been used.

This does not apply to customised orders.

Other Important Information:

​

It’s important to point out that all goods must be unused/unworn.

​

We also recommend that you use a carrier who can give you a “Proof of Posting” until the parcel is received by us, at the above address, it remains your responsibility.
